  location,valet parking,spacious room & bathroom with jacoozi and quietness

  rate is very high, I had booked room with breakfast.I and my famijy got basket of toast , mufins ,glass of orange juice and coffee.They said this is your continental breakfast, i think this is the worst breakfast ever had in any hotels I had stayed.then when I had asked them for some eggs they said that I have to pay for it. anyway the breakfast doesn't match with the style of the hotel.

  Added cost for parking a car overnight, internet. Small pokey lobby bar looks like an afterthought. Limited food options.

  - Staff was welcoming, and took time to learn my name and address me personally. It made me feel like a special guest rather than an anonymous traveller. - Our room was newly re-designed, and it was cozy with a dollop of luxury. The television by the tub was a nice touch.

  - There was an odd, wrenching squeal that went off in regular intervals outside my window. It sounded like it was mechanical, coming from an adjacent building; not much can be done about that, but I can see how it would be distracting if you are a light sleeper.

  The room furniture and its location . No free facilities in the room except coffee you have to make.No free WiFi service and others such a omplimentary fruits ,water etcas in other similar or even cheaper hotels.. Thanks

  We really enjoyed staying at Loews Hotel Vogue. It has a great location -- easy to walk to the main shopping area as well as the fine arts museum. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom large and wonderful. The staff was helpful -- particularly the conceirge, Ms. C, and we had free access to the internet in the foyer business area.

  However, our room was on the third floor overlooking a terrace and on our last night at the hotel, there was a party which went on too late and grew more boisterous in spite of our complaining several times to the front desk. The manager did give that night free to compensate. However, a better policy for the hotel's reputation is not allow terrace parties past 10 pm, or not give guests rooms overlooking the terrace when the parties are scheduled. To be on the safe side, do not accept rooms on the terrace side or the lower levels.

  The location was great. It was in the heart of the city.

  The air condition in our room and the kids room did not work properly despite the fact that their engineering group tried to fix the problem.
